A Shiver of Snow and Sky

by Lisa Lueddecke

Ice; Myth; Magic; Danger.

On the frozen island of Skane, the sky speaks. Beautiful lights appear on clear nights, and their colours have meanings. Green means all is well – the Goddess is happy. Blue means a snowstorm is on the way.

And then there’s red. Red is rare : a warning…

Personally, I didn’t like this book because I found that is was very confusing, and the ending was really bad.

this is the second one I have read but I preferred I have no secrets as this book was too confusing as there was so many characters and there was so many things going on.

I thought that this book had an interesting story line but a bad ending. I think the ending was a bit rushed and I remember getting confused and thinking I’d skipped a page or something accidentally. I didn’t have too much of a problem with the rest but the ending was the worst I think and could definitely have been improved.

It was a very confusing plot, but I loved the end.

Right now I’m really enjoying this book, there’s a lot of action going on throughout it but the descriptions could use a little more work towards the start of the book since it only gave the description of osa some way farther into the book with light curly hair, when I imagined at the start with brown straight hair.

I think this book is really good, but sometimes doesn’t explain fully and the ending was quite bad

I like this book because it is about superstition.

I loved this book and didn’t think it was confusing or that it had a bad ending. It was exiting.

I agree, i really enjoyed it although it seems most people didn’t really like it that much, which makes me think it won’t get into the top three.

I have read two books: hope and a shiver of snow and sky. My favourite one out of them was hope because I understood it more and a shiver of snow and sky was confusing at the start. It got better as it went on. It was confusing at the start because it flipped from different people and I lost track at the start.
